Occasionally the ZEPHYRx development team may request to view files from the app that are stored on your device. This involves enabling logging to record the data and then exporting the files. The first step will be to open the Breathe Easy app and select 'Breathing Tests'. From this screen, select the 'help' button located at the bottom of the page.

From the help screen you'll tap the lower right hand corner of the page where there is a hidden button that will enable logging. Once the logging icons appear, return to the testing screen and try to recreate the issue that you were experiencing (ex. Sharing, testing etc).

After you’ve recreated the issue, return to the help screen and tap either ‘Export Log File’ or ‘Export Local Database File’. This will prompt you to choose how you would like to export the file. Select the email option and enter the ZEPHYRx email provided to you. Once sent we will review your files and try to identify the issue. Tap the square in the lower right hand corner again to disable logging.
