ZEPHYRx has released functionality that allows Providers to schedule real time coaching sessions with their patients through the Provider Dashboard. Providers can now schedule the date and time of the remote session, as well as send notification reminders to their patient including an optional customizable message in advance of the call. 


To schedule a real time coaching session with a patient, first login to the Provider Dashboard and select a patient. Next, choose the 'Patient Settings' tab in the patient profile. The lower right corner will display all scheduled coaching calls for the patient. The provider may edit or remove the scheduled sessions. Select 'Schedule Coaching Call' to open the scheduler menu.


Once opened, select the date and time of the appointment. Providers have the ability to send an appointment reminder to patients with options of three days, one day or thirty minutes prior to the session start time. The patient notification may include an optional message that ZEPHYRx can customize for your organization. Lastly, add a Provider to be included in appointment emails (yourself and/ or other Providers), and select 'Schedule'. 




Providers can also check to see whether they have real time coaching sessions scheduled for the day. From the patient list view, select 'View Patient Appointments' to verify, edit or remove appointments scheduled to take place that day.
