Unable to Log On: Resetting your Password on the Provider Dashboard

1. Click ‘I Forgot my Password’ on the Provider Dashboard login page https://dashboard.zephyrx.com/login

2. Enter your email and click 'Reset Password' to receive a security code OR click 'Enter Code' if a code has already been sent to you.

3. You will be emailed a security code to the address connected to your account.


4. Enter the code sent to you, then create a new password and hit submit.
