Though they look similar, the firmware is different in the MIR SmartOne and the ZEPHYRx Spirobank.

The MIR SmartOne only measures Peak Flow (PEF) and FEV1 values
The ZEPHYRx Home Spirometer (Spirobank), measures FVC, FEV1, FVC/FEV1, FEV6, FEF2575, PEF, FIVC, FET and is able to generate a full flow volume curve by measuring the final inhale.
