1. Verify that your patient is not pending on the Dashboard under 'Managed Patients'. Patients must be manually added onto the Dashboard in order to view them.
  2. Confirm that patient has an active consent. If the heart in the top right corner of the app is solid white, there is an active consent to share. A white outline of the heart indicates that sharing is not enabled.
  3. Verify the exact name of the clinic that the patient has consented to in the Breathe Easy app. The patient may have consented to the wrong clinic. If your clinic has both adult and pediatric sites, or participates in any clinical trials on the Dashboard, check that the patient has selected the correct site. 

         

      4.  Ask the patient to un-Share and then re-Share (i.e. fill out the Consent form again.)

      5.  Make sure that you're running Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge to access the Dashboard.
