RTC Patient appears as only a green screen in Chrome

Very rarely providers may have an issue during real-time video coaching sessions where the patient video shows a green screen. A simple fix exists in the browser: 

  • In the url bar, navigate to chrome://settings
  • On the lefthand side, click advanced --> system
  • There should be a setting for “use hardware acceleration” - un-toggle this




-- That's it! Video should now display the patient
