Obstructed turbine causing app issues while testing

If you’re experiencing a premature prompt to inhale and an abrupt end message while testing, you may have an obstructed turbine. Even small debris stuck in the turbine can cause errors in the app and in test results. You should make sure the turbine is clear by visually inspecting and removing any items lodged in the turbine and regularly cleaning the device (instructions below). 



*Occasionally items stuck in the turbine may require running water be passed through the turbine at a higher pressure.
